The RN Clinical Nurse is a key member of our interdisciplinary team, providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic clinical environment. Core Responsibilities and Essential Functions- Perform the Nursing Process (assessment, diagnosis, identification of outcomes, planning, implementation, and evaluation) in the delivery of clinical care, utilizing evidence-based practice and analytical/critical thinking to ensure individualized care.
- Provide relationship-based patient-centered care that adapts to the patient's specific characteristics, such as age, gender, and disease, in a manner that respects cultural diversity.
- Partner with patients and significant others to set and achieve goals, using effective communication methods such as bedside shift report and interdisciplinary rounds.
- Practice using current clinical practice standards and coordinate the delivery and documentation of safe, quality patient care.

- Demonstrate teamwork and collaboration by practicing in a fiscally responsible manner and promoting the recruitment and retention of healthcare team members.
- Participate in performance improvement activities, research, and research utilization to promote safe, quality patient care.
- Complete all initial and ongoing professional competency assessments, required mandatory education, and population-specific education.
- Serve as a preceptor and/or mentor for other professional nurses, ensuring a qualified workforce and modeling the professional practice of nursing.
Associate's Degree in nursing or Graduate of accredited/approved school of nursing Required. Bachelor's Degree Nursing Preferred.
Required Minimum ExperienceLess than 1 year Completion of accredited/ approved school of nursing with requisition clinical hours Required. Direct patient care experience Preferred.
