Job Summary:The Registered Nurse is a vital member of our healthcare team, responsible for providing high-quality patient care and promoting a positive patient experience. As a Registered Nurse, you will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver evidence-based care and improve patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:- Perform the Nursing Process (assessment, diagnosis, identification of outcomes, planning, implementation, and evaluation) in the performance of clinical care using evidence-based practice.
- Provide relationship-based patient-centered care that is consistent with population-specific characteristics.
- Partner with patients and significant others to set and achieve patient goals.
- Practice using current clinical practice standards.
- Coordinate the delivery and documentation of safe, quality patient care.
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives and support research and evidence-based practice.
- Associate's Degree in Nursing or Graduate of an accredited/approved school of nursing.
- Minimum 2 years of direct patient care nursing experience.
- Ability to read, write, and speak the English language.
- Strong interpersonal, collaborative, and customer service skills.
- Ability to function in a fast-paced environment and respond to emergencies.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
- Basic Life Support certification.
