**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Coordinate and oversee the setup and operation of food production lines to meet daily production targets.
  • Direct and train team members on production standards, equipment operation, and quality control procedures.
  • Inspect products to ensure conformance to specifications and direct adjustments to equipment as needed.
  • Collaborate with the production supervisor to coordinate production schedules and provide labor hour estimates.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production line machinery.
  • Maintain accurate records of production and labor hours.

**Working Relationships:**

You will work closely with our production supervisor and other team members to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

**Requirements:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or above preferred.
  • 1-2 years of previous production line experience; 1-2 years of experience in food production in a lead role preferred.

**Physical Demands:**

This role requires frequent standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds. You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing production schedules.
