Job Summary

At Scully Careers, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our community's common areas, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain the office, clubroom, and restrooms daily
  • Clean and maintain the model(s) (if applicable) daily
  • Clean all vacant apartments as directed by the community manager
  • Keep all vacancies fresh and odorless
  • Clean and maintain laundry facilities daily
  • Perform additional duties requested by the community manager
  • Inform management of supply needs on a bimonthly basis
Requirements
  • Equipment Use: An employee in this position must be knowledgeable and skilled in the safe use and maintenance of cleaning fluids and tools. Required to wear gloves as tasks dictate.
  • Safety Responsibilities: Learn and comply with all company safety rules; use appropriate safety equipment at all times; immediately report any unsafe conditions to supervisors; must be familiar with all safety features or equipment, machinery or materials encompassed by job duties; and must check with supervisor if there is a question as to the safe procedure to be used for any job function.
