Job Description

We're seeking a skilled Data Science Innovator to help bring the transformative power of emerging AI capabilities to reimagine how we serve our customers and businesses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered products that revolutionize customer interactions.
  • Leverage cutting-edge technologies like PyTorch, AWS Ultraclusters, Huggingface, Lightning, and VectorDBs to uncover insights hidden within massive datasets.
  • Design, train, evaluate, validate, and implement AI foundation models through all phases of development.
  • Engage in high-impact applied research to integrate the latest AI developments into next-generation customer experiences.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A PhD or M.S. with at least 2 years of experience in Applied Research.
  • Expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and AI methodologies.
  • Experience building large deep learning models and delivering models at scale.
  • Strong understanding of training optimization, self-supervised learning, robustness, explainability, and RLHF.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to translate technical concepts into business goals.
