EisnerAmper is in search of a Resource Allocation Specialist to collaborate closely with members of the tax division at all levels.
Our resource allocation team is tasked with the distribution of client assignments and acts as the primary liaison for work distribution, task assignments, inquiries, and concerns for EisnerAmper's tax professionals. This role is essential in ensuring that skilled team members are effectively matched with client needs and that staffing requirements are met.

- Update daily schedules and input data for tax personnel.

- Generate, analyze, and synthesize reports for niche management teams.
- Maintain dashboards and databases utilized for resource scheduling.
- Collaborate directly with Resource Management colleagues and provide administrative assistance.
