About the Job

R & T Yoder HVAC Inc is seeking a skilled Residential Service HVAC Sales Tech to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining residential HVAC systems, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the growth and success of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and maintain residential HVAC systems, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, identifying and addressing potential issues before they become major problems.
  • Train junior team members on HVAC installation and maintenance procedures, promoting a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, explaining technical information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Order and maintain equipment, ensuring that all necessary tools and materials are available for efficient job completion.
  • Run pipe and duct systems through homes, ensuring safe and efficient installation.
  • Read and interpret wiring diagrams, understanding electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Understand refrigeration cycles, identifying and addressing potential issues.
  • Know how to interpret various technical data, such as pressure and temperature.
  • Valid driver's license and a good driving record are required.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
