Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Grading Foreman to lead our asphalt surfacing crew. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heavy equipment operation and a proven track record of managing teams and ensuring efficient job sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage job site schedules, equipment, and personnel
  • Assign tasks and monitor work performance
  • Provide training and guidance to crew members
  • Operate heavy equipment
  • Enforce company policies and safety practices
  • Ensure quality control through regular site checks
  • Manage trucks and equipment, including driver logs and equipment checks
  • Complete daily paperwork, including timecards and quantity documents
Requirements
  • Previous foreman experience, preferably in the grading/dirt work industry
  • Experience operating heavy equipment
  • Ability to lift 70 lbs. multiple times
  • Valid driver's license required (CDL preferred or ability to obtain)
  • Good attendance and punctuality
  • Pre-employment drug screening and physical required
