Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist - Home Health

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Minotola, New Jersey.

About the Role:

As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality rehabilitative care to clients in their homes. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to assess, diagnose, and provide therapeutic interventions for clients with speech, language, communication, or swallowing difficulties.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform thorough evaluations to assess and diagnose clients' needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to address clients' speech and language goals.
  • Provide education and instruction to patients, family members, or caregivers on rehabilitative care and activities necessary to promote clients' health and safety.
  • Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations in electronic medical records.
Requirements:
  • A current license as a Speech Language Pathologist in New Jersey.
  • Equivalent educational requirements and work experience necessary for certification.
  • Solid computer skills and prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
