Job Title: Home Health Speech Language Pathologist

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Home Health Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Minotola, New Jersey.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Speech Language Pathologist to provide high-quality care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. As a Home Health Speech Language Pathologist, you will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to assess, diagnose, and treat clients with speech, language, communication, or swallowing difficulties.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough evaluations to assess clients' speech and language abilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address clients' needs
  • Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to clients in their homes
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
  • Current license as a Speech Language Pathologist in New Jersey
  • Certificate of clinical competence in speech from the American Speech and Hearing Association
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Computer skills and experience with electronic medical records (EMR)
