What You'll Be Doing:
CarePoint Health is seeking experienced team members with exceptional patient care skills and knowledge to join our System Float Pool.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain exposure to a broad scope of patient care within various specialty areas while working assignments at each of our hospitals.
Responsibilities:
Assess, plan, administer, and evaluate patients receiving respiratory care modalities as ordered by a physician or as delineated by medical center protocols.
Deliver respiratory care services to in-patient, out-patient, and emergency room populations.
Actively participate as a member of a multidisciplinary team in the delivery of quality patient care.
Provide emergency, critical care, and general care respiratory services to neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.
What We're Looking For:
Graduate of an A.M.A.-approved school for Respiratory Care; A.A.S. minimum degree required.
NJ Respiratory Care License required.
C.R.T. and R.R.T. certifications required.
CPR certification, ACLS, and PALS preferred.
Experience in Critical Care, Pediatric, and Floor care required.
