What You'll Be Doing

As a Registered Nurse in our System Float Pool, you will have the opportunity to gain exposure to a broad scope of patient care within various specialty areas. Your assignments will be at each of our hospitals within CarePoint Health.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care
  • Delegating patient care to other members of the healthcare team
  • Coordinating patient care and communicating with the healthcare team, patients, and their families
  • Maintaining high standards of professional ethics
What We're Looking For

We seek experienced team members with exemplary patient care skills and knowledge. Requirements include:

  • Associate Degree in Nursing (Bachelor's degree preferred)
  • Valid NJ RN License
  • ACLS and BLS from AHA (CCRN certification preferred)
  • At least 1 year Critical Care Experience
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience (preferred)
