Nursing Leadership Director

Harker Heights Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a skilled Director of Nursing to lead our team in providing exceptional care to our residents. We are looking for a seasoned Director of Nursing who has a proven track record of compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as experience in managing clinical teams to achieve positive outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a current RN license and at least 5 years of experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) in a leadership role.

The Director of Nursing will be responsible for:

• Leading the nursing team to provide high-quality patient care
• Maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations
• Developing and implementing policies and procedures to improve clinical outcomes
