About the RoleThe Director of Nursing will lead the nursing team, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations in our growing community. This role emphasizes teaching, training, and motivating clinical team members to achieve positive clinical outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the nursing team to deliver high-quality patient care
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Develop and implement effective training programs for clinical team members
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration
- Current RN license
- At least 5 years of experience in a skilled nursing facility as a Director of Nursing
- Strong history of compliance with state and federal regulations
- Evidence of positive clinical outcomes
- Possesses strong leadership and communication skills
