Minimum Qualifications

Responsibilities
The Senior Vice President of Operations will oversee, direct, and coordinate operational activities within the organization, ensuring the development and implementation of efficient and cost-effective systems to meet both current and future organizational needs.
Responsible for recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and training management-level personnel within the department.
Supervises the daily operations of the department.
Provides timely and constructive performance evaluations.
Manages employee discipline and terminations in accordance with company policies.
Establishes, implements, and communicates the strategic direction of the operations division.
Collaborates with executive leadership to formulate and achieve company objectives while providing expertise and guidance on operational projects and systems.
Works in conjunction with other divisions and departments to fulfill the organization’s goals and objectives.
Identifies, recommends, and implements innovative processes, technologies, and systems to enhance and streamline organizational operations and resource utilization.
Ensures that departmental decisions and project plans regarding staffing, development, organization, material efficiency, hardware acquisitions, and facilities align with the organization’s business strategy and vision.
Establishes, communicates, and enforces operations-related policies, practices, standards, and security measures to ensure effective and consistent support and execution.
Reviews and approves cost-control reports, cost estimates, and staffing requirements for various projects.
Manages and oversees the department's budget.
Delivers periodic performance reports and metrics to the chief executive officer and other leadership members.
Maintains up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in operations management.
Identifies training needs and ensures that appropriate training programs are developed and implemented.
Performs additional related duties as assigned.
