HSE Specialist

REAL ALLOY is seeking a highly skilled HSE Specialist to join our team at our Coldwater, Michigan facilities. As a key member of our HSE team, you will play a critical role in driving site/company safety and environmental performance to higher levels.

• Lead activities that drive site/company safety and environmental performance to higher levels (based on benchmarking)
• Focus on improvements that will increase the level of adherence and compliance to Real Alloy HSE objectives
• Partner with our HSE Leadership to advance all Health, Safety, and Environmental initiatives

• Bachelor's degree in safety, environmental, or equivalent major
• Minimum of 5 years experience in an HSE role with demonstrated understanding of related principles and regulations
• Strong persuasion and motivation skills as well as the ability to work across all disciplines and employee levels
• Strong communication skills written and verbal
• Ability to accurately write reports, communicate verbally with employees, provide constructive feedback, and maintain positive employee relations
• Must be able to lift 25 lbs. and walk the plant floor on a regular basis
• Ability to work variable hours, be on call, and travel occasionally (
