Compensation: $25 - $28.00 per hour on W2 (without benefits)

Overview:
We are in search of a dedicated and detail-oriented Sustainability & Environmental Performance Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in supporting our sustainability objectives through comprehensive data analysis and reporting related to environmental performance and resource management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Management: Collect and validate sustainability metrics, including energy consumption, waste management, water usage, and greenhouse gas emissions. Maintain accurate databases and tracking systems for sustainability data.
  • Data Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of sustainability data to uncover trends and identify areas for enhancement. Utilize statistical tools to perform quantitative assessments and develop models for sustainability performance.
  • Reporting: Prepare in-depth reports and presentations on sustainability metrics for both internal and external stakeholders. Ensure transparency by documenting methodologies and data sources.
  • Support Initiatives: Assist in the formulation and execution of sustainability programs. Collaborate with various teams to embed sustainability practices within business operations.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders. Engage in sustainability meetings, workshops, and training sessions.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Data Science, or a related discipline.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with experience in data collection, analysis, and reporting.
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., R, Python, Excel).
  • Familiarity with sustainability metrics and reporting frameworks (e.g., GRI, CDP, SASB).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Detail-oriented with robust organizational skills.
  • Passion for sustainability and environmental stewardship.
