Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Aerotek. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing preventative and repair maintenance on production machinery, motors, conveyors, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventative and repair maintenance on production machinery, motors, conveyors, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Install parts/instruments according to schematics or operation manuals.
  • Follow blueprints, sketches, job requests, code books, or operation manuals.
  • Maintain records of PM and unscheduled maintenance work.
  • Order parts or supplies when necessary.
  • Assist production as necessary to maintain material throughput.
  • Assist production with equipment set-ups or root cause analysis.
  • Actively participate and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate maintenance activities with management and production team to maximize utilization of plant equipment and operating efficiency.
  • Adhere to safe working policies and procedures.
  • Actively participate and support safety initiatives to ensure compliance with OSHA (federal and state), company, and environmental policies and procedures.
