The ideal candidate will have multiple years of experience in manufacturing or a related field, with a strong background in project budgeting, custom automated equipment, and manufacturing processes. You will be responsible for preparing detailed automated assembly equipment proposals, interacting with suppliers and cross-functional team members, and identifying labor hour requirements, material requirements, risk, cost, and timing for each project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and review detailed automated assembly equipment proposals
  • Collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional team members to establish project proposals
  • Prepare process steps, concept generation, budget, and cycle time analysis
  • Identify labor hour requirements, material requirements, risk, cost, and timing for each project
  • Lead continuous improvement activities and support proposal approval process
  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Support project kickoff, build, and engineering teams with concept and customer specifics

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering-related field or comparable field experience
  • Multiple years of experience with project management, budgeting, quoting, or similar responsibilities within relevant industry
  • Experience leading and mentoring teams
  • Strong communication and technical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT) and Visual Components
  • Familiarity with automated processes and equipment
