Job Title: Toddlers Learning Specialist

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Toddlers Learning Specialist to join our team at Little Ones Academy. As a Toddlers Learning Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective learning strategies for our young students.

Job Description: The successful candidate will create engaging lesson plans, evaluate student progress, and collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum initiatives. You will also provide exceptional customer service to parents and guardians.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective learning strategies for students aged 1-3 years old
  • Evaluate student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum initiatives
  • Provide exceptional customer service to parents and guardians

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with children aged 1-3 years old
  • Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
  • FCCPC (CDA) certification or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to lift up to 40 pounds and move quickly in a fast-paced environment

Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
