At Encore Vet Group, we're seeking a skilled Veterinary Surgical Technician to join our team in Chattanooga, TN. As a key member of our surgery team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the comfort and safety of our patients during surgical procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor anesthesia levels and adjust as needed to ensure patient comfort and safety.
  • Assist with surgical procedures, including preparing the operating room and handling instruments.
  • Manage laboratory samples, ensuring proper collection, labeling, and processing.
  • Provide exceptional patient care, including administering medications and maintaining accurate medical records.
  • Collaborate with our experienced veterinary surgeons and anesthesiologists to deliver high-quality patient care.
Requirements:
  • Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) or equivalent certification preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a veterinary setting, with a preference for anesthesia, surgery, or specialty practice.
  • Strong knowledge of veterinary anesthetic drugs and their effects, backed by specialized training and expertise.
  • Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
