Role Summary

As a Project Manager in Sterile Processing, you will play a pivotal role in supporting both new and existing accounts within our Sterile Processing Services. Your responsibilities will include conducting facility assessments, assisting in client presentations, overseeing the initiation of new business operations, and enhancing the performance of current accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Expertly navigate corporate operating systems and software tools.
  • Analyze facility data to establish optimal staffing levels based on industry benchmarks.
  • Gather challenging data through interviews and observations to inform labor estimates and equipment needs.
  • Prepare labor and non-labor cost analyses in line with company protocols.
  • Identify critical program issues for inclusion in sales strategies.
  • Develop corrective action plans for quality and service challenges.
  • Lead the startup process for new accounts, coordinating resources and logistics.
  • Manage resources effectively to adhere to startup budgets.
  • Implement all company programs according to established proposals and standards.
  • Troubleshoot operational issues, providing guidance and training to on-site management.
  • Conduct training sessions for both new and existing management teams.
  • Perform audits including Mid-Year, Year-End, and Compliance Audits using provided tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Education, Healthcare, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in sterile processing management.
  • A minimum of 5 years managing a high-volume sterile processing department.
  • Willingness to travel for local and national accounts.
  • CRCST certification is mandatory.
