Job Title: Student Assistant - Crooked Oaks Events Set-Up Coordinators
Job Summary:
Assist in the management of events at the Crooked Oaks Facility, ensuring all hospitality needs are met, including setup and breakdown of events. Candidates pursuing degrees in hospitality are particularly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
To excel in this role, candidates must demonstrate the ability to perform tasks efficiently and collaboratively with the Crooked Oaks Staff during events and daily operations. Responsibilities include:
- Setting up and dismantling event setups
- Engaging professionally with vendors and guests
- Managing parking logistics
- Handling waste disposal duties
- Must be a currently enrolled student
- Experience in moving furniture or materials is preferred
- Ability to lift items weighing up to 40 lbs.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential
- Maintain a professional, friendly, and helpful demeanor
$12.50/hour
Work Hours:
8 hours per shift
