Responsibilities- Implement physician-prescribed care plans, ensuring seamless execution and coordination
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, identifying areas for improvement and developing targeted interventions
- Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies as directed by physicians
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation of care provided using our electronic system
- Collaborate with healthcare teams, including physicians, case managers, and family members, to ensure comprehensive care
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution
- Active, unencumbered RN license in good standing
- Current CPR certification from American Red Cross or equivalent
- One year prior hands-on nursing experience required
