We are seeking a skilled professional to join The Carolinas Center for Medical Excellence as a Healthcare Quality Improvement Specialist. This role is designed to support the delivery of high-quality care in hospitals, nursing homes, and outpatient practices across the southeast region.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to healthcare providers, conducting assessments, and developing quality action plans. You will also deliver customized technical assistance based on these plans, including data review, quality improvement coaching, and connection to local resources.

This is a full-time opportunity with the possibility of part-time positions available. Our ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as healthcare administration or public health, along with 3+ years of experience in healthcare quality improvement. A master's degree without experience may also be considered.

In addition to your educational background and experience, we are looking for individuals who can demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication and teamwork skills. Your ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team will be essential in this role.

The salary for this position is estimated at around $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive benefits package and a flexible work environment that supports work-life balance.
