Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Psychotherapist to join our team at Highland-Clarksburg Hospital. As a key member of our mental health department, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive psychological assessments, testing, and evaluation for adults, adolescents, and children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough biopsychosocial evaluations, psychometric tests, and semi-structured interviews to inform diagnosis and treatment planning.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and diagnosis.
  • Collaborate with treatment teams to ensure comprehensive care and coordinate referrals as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient services and progress.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in psychology or Doctorate in Psychology with a minimum of three years' experience in providing psychological support to adult and child populations.
  • West Virginia Board of Examiners of Psychologists licensure.
  • Strong working knowledge of diagnostic techniques, evidence-based treatment modalities, and assessment techniques.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and maintain a calm demeanor in high-stress situations.
