Key Responsibilities
  • Litigation and Case Management: The successful candidate will be responsible for litigating and managing a variety of civil law matters, including creditor's rights, insurance subrogation, commercial contracts, and general civil litigation issues.
  • Research and Strategy Development: The Associate Attorney will research and develop legal theories and strategies for cases, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible representation.
  • Document Preparation and Filing: The candidate will draft, oversee, and file motions and written discovery, as well as prepare for trials, including coordinating witnesses and filing exhibits.
  • Court Representation: The successful candidate will represent clients in court proceedings, providing expert representation and advocacy.
Requirements
  • Strong Motivation and Work Ethic: We are looking for an ambitious and hard-working individual with a strong motivation to succeed.
  • Court Experience and Knowledge: The ideal candidate will have prior court experience and a solid understanding of courtroom procedures, rules of civil procedure, and rules of evidence.
  • Additional State Licenses: The ability and willingness to obtain additional state licenses is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of $65,000 - $95,000, depending on experience and background, as well as a range of benefits, including a retirement plan with matching contributions, health, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, paid time off, and an employee assistance program.
