Job Summary

The Manufacturing Technician plays a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of engineered systems by thoroughly testing and validating products to meet customer expectations. Key Responsibilities
  • Perform final testing of engineered system orders based on established test procedures.
  • Identify and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic issues to ensure system functionality and reliability.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Engineering teams to ensure timely completion of projects and identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation to support testing and validation processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive.
Requirements
  • Associate degree in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical Engineering or Technology.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role in a manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Strong electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic aptitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of software and computer systems.
  • Ability to work with diverse teams to achieve project objectives.
Working Conditions

The Manufacturing Technician will work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems. The ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods is required.
