Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present a high-quality breakfast service to our guests
  • Provide prompt, friendly, and courteous service to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the dining room and kitchen
  • Take inventory of food, beverages, and supplies needed for each day
  • Inspect and maintain the cleanliness and presentation of all dishes and silverware
  • Dispose of used plates, utensils, and other waste in a timely and efficient manner
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisor

Requirements:

  • Customer service skills and a positive attitude
  • Prior food service experience a plus, but not required
  • Ability to work weekends and varied schedules
  • Ability to stand, walk, and move around during entire shift
  • Must be able to lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance
