Position SummaryThe Lubrication Technician plays a vital role in ensuring vehicles receive prompt and effective lubrication services. This position requires close collaboration with the Production Foreman to maintain high standards of service.
Key Responsibilities:- Execute all lubrication services efficiently.
- Conduct comprehensive inspections of vehicles, including battery, lights, and tires, and communicate necessary repairs to the Service Advisor.
- Operate and maintain lubrication equipment effectively.
- Receive and process repair orders from the Service Salesman or Production Foreman.
- Lubricate vehicles while identifying additional repair needs.
- Maintain cleanliness of customer vehicles during service.
- Ensure all equipment, particularly lifts, are functioning properly.
- Utilize materials and supplies judiciously.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and report any incidents to management.
- Comprehensive knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance.
- Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- A minimum of two years' experience as a technician's helper or apprentice in an automotive setting.
- Demonstrated manual dexterity and sound judgment.
- Authorization to work in the USA is required.
- Commitment to performing duties safely and responsibly.
- Ability to pass pre-employment assessments, including background checks and drug tests.
