About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Architect Platform to join our IT Platform Services team at INTEGRIS Health. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in shaping application technologies and facilitating the design, build, and implementation of clinical and/or business application systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mentor and train junior team members to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  • Employ information system life cycle tools to analyze data and systems requirements, driving informed decision-making.
  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of clinical application technology solutions, aligning with the strategic goals of the enterprise.
  • Coordinate implementations, upgrades, disaster recovery, and conversion projects, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Analyze problems, requested changes, and required modifications to develop effective business process solutions.
  • Work closely with customers to understand system design strategy and implementation solutions, driving customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in establishing testing criteria for information systems, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Read, analyze, and interpret business requirements, system documentation, and technical procedures, applying expertise to drive results.
  • Conduct root cause analysis on issues impacting performance or availability of assigned applications, driving continuous improvement.
  • Develop and maintain as-built architecture for service line solutions, ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field with 4 years of relevant experience, or Associate's degree with 6 years of relevant experience, or equivalent hours of college credit with 6 years of relevant experience, or 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Effective communication skills in English (verbal and written).
  • Five years of experience designing and implementing compute and storage implementation, configuration, and upgrades.
  • Sound understanding of virtual workloads and the presentation layer of virtual desktop design.
  • Five years of working experience in at least three of the following workload platforms (VMware, Citrix, Dell, NetApp, Pure).
  • Demonstrated ability to proactively manage and design compute and storage consumption, avoiding capacity limits.
