About the Opportunity

Join our dynamic team at University Health as a Nursing House Supervisor and take on a challenging yet rewarding role that requires excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of nursing services, providing administrative support, and serving as a liaison between staff, patients, family, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to improve patient care and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, respect, and open communication among staff members.

Education and Experience

A Bachelor of Science in Nursing is essential, while a Master's degree in nursing is desirable. Two years of recent nursing experience, including one year of supervisory experience, is preferred. A current RN license in the State of Texas is mandatory.

What We Offer

Our competitive salary range is $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
