Job Description:

At CHRISTUS Health, we are committed to providing exceptional patient care and exceeding expectations. As a Nursing Unit Supervisor, you will play a vital role in achieving this goal by overseeing the daily operations of our Nursing Units.

You will work collaboratively with our healthcare team to ensure that patients receive high-quality care and services. This includes maintaining accurate patient records, responding to emergencies, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

To be successful in this role, you must possess strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. You should also be familiar with regulatory requirements and have experience working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree from a Registered Nursing program
  • Minimum 1-3 years of clinical patient care experience in a relevant setting
  • RN License in the state of employment or compact
  • BLS certification

Compensation: The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
