About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Engineering, Integration Specialist to join our team at RTX. As a key member of our Mission Systems team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our customers by providing intelligent and secure communications, missionized systems for specialized aircraft and spacecraft, and collaborative space solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop system-level designs, high-level control and data interfaces, and formalize, develop, and write requirements, plans, and procedures based on customer discussions, briefings, interactions, and statements of work.
  • Work with customers, end users, hardware design teams, and software design teams to ensure seamless integration and test execution.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including test scripts, training courses, and system-level designs.
  • Collaborate with senior staff to recognize areas of improvement or customer needs and relay them to senior staff as business development possibilities.
Requirements
  • Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) unless prohibited by local laws/regulations and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience.
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
