We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Senior Director of Operations to lead our Behavioral Health Services team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless delivery of high-quality mental health care to our diverse patient population.

Key Responsibilities:

">
  • Oversee daily operations of Behavioral Health Services across multiple locations, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services
  • Collaborate with leadership teams to integrate and improve service delivery, promoting a culture of excellence and innovation
  • Manage patient access, visit volume, and benchmark standards, driving continuous quality improvement
  • Develop and implement process monitoring systems and actionable data reports, informing strategic decisions and operational improvements
  • Foster interdepartmental communication and address patient concerns, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction
  • Support clinical initiatives and internal referral processes, promoting evidence-based practice and collaboration among healthcare providers
  • Participate in hiring, training, and supervising staff, developing a high-performing team that shares our commitment to excellence
  • Evaluate and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards, safeguarding the integrity of our programs

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree required in a related field; Master of Social Work (MSW) or MBA preferred
  • Three years of managerial experience in a mental health or healthcare setting, preferably in a leadership role
  • Experience in practice management in a healthcare setting, including budgeting and resource allocation
  • Knowledge of compliance regulations for Article 28 and Article 31 clinics
  • Experience working in article 31 and article 28 environments strongly desired
  • Strong track record of leadership, administrative, and organizational skills, with a focus on operational efficiency and effectiveness

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement savings plan, and generous paid time off.
