Key Responsibilities:
- Class Planning and Execution: Plan and conduct results-oriented exercise classes for our members, ensuring a safe and effective workout experience.
- Leadership and Guidance: Provide leadership and guidance to our members, helping them to achieve their fitness goals and promoting a positive and supportive class environment.
- Class Administration: Manage all aspects of class administration, including scheduling, attendance tracking, and communication with members.
- Equipment Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the exercise equipment and facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our members.
- Continuing Education: Stay up-to-date with the latest fitness trends and best practices, attending continuing education opportunities and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Teamwork and Communication: Work collaboratively with our fitness team to ensure seamless communication and a high level of customer service.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2+ years of experience as a group exercise instructor or fitness program director.
- Certifications: Certification in CPR, First Aid, and AED, as well as a certification in group exercise instruction (AFAA or ACE).
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
