The Nurse-Resident role is a dynamic and challenging position that requires a strong foundation in nursing principles and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care. As a Nurse-Resident, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, developing your skills and expertise in critical care nursing.
Responsibilities- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Implement evidence-based practices to improve patient outcomes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Associate's degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
- Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing program approved by the South Carolina State Board of Nursing
- Licensed to practice as a RN in South Carolina
- BLS certification required
