Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Fence Installer to join our team at Hayworth Fence Co., Inc. As a Fence Installer, you will be responsible for installing and repairing fences for residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:

Install and repair fences according to specifications and blueprints

Measure and mark fence lines to ensure accurate installation

Drive posts using power equipment

Dig post holes manually or using power equipment

Set posts in concrete or other specified materials

Assemble fence panels, gates, and other components

Use hand tools such as hammers, saws, drills, and levels

Operate power tools such as circular saws, pneumatic nail guns, and welding equipment

Cut materials to size using appropriate tools

Secure fences in place by attaching brackets or fasteners

Ensure fences are level, plumb, and straight

Repair damaged fences by replacing broken or missing parts

Requirements:

Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools for fence installation

Familiarity with frame carpentry techniques for assembling fence panels

Welding skills for fabricating custom fence components is a plus

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications

Excellent physical stamina and ability to perform heavy lifting

Attention to detail and precision in fence installation
