Job Summary: The National Coalition of Healthcare Recruiters is seeking a skilled Outpatient Adult Psychiatrist to join our team in a full-time position. As a key member of our behavioral health services team, you will provide high-quality care to adult patients requiring medication management.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat adult psychiatric patients, including medication management and follow-up appointments.
- Collaborate with other clinical staff on shared cases as needed, ensuring comprehensive care for patients.
- Participate in scheduling and workflow management to ensure efficient use of time and resources.
- Work closely with our team to develop and implement treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
Requirements:
- Board certification or eligibility in Psychiatry (General)
- Current licensure to practice medicine in the state of Massachusetts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
