Job Title: Registered Nurse

Vighter LLC is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team and provide exceptional care at various VA facilities throughout the Denver, CO, Aurora, CO, and Pueblo, CO metropolitan areas.

Job Summary:

We are committed to delivering high-quality care with compassion, integrity, and respect, helping improve the health and well-being of veterans in the Denver and Aurora metropolitan areas and other suburban and rural areas in Central and East Central Colorado.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct initial assessments on patients, develop nursing care plans based on identified patient needs, coordinate with ancillary services to assure provision of care, document all plans, assessments, and care provided.
  • Operate and monitor specialized equipment, including oxygen, hypothermia units, and various types of suction apparatus, infusion equipment, and patient-controlled analgesia pumps (PCA), epidural pumps, sequential compression devices, and vital sign monitors.
  • Provide complex and comprehensive nursing care for adult medical and surgical patients.
  • Demonstrate sensitivity to cultural diversity, race, gender, and other individual differences in the workforce, in the Veteran population, and in the Community.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.
  • Document patient care accurately and timely in compliance with Vighter and regulatory standards.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's of Science in Nursing from an accredited university.
  • 2 (two) years of current experience as a Registered Nurse.
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
  • U.S. Passport may be used as an I-9 verification document.
