Fresenius Medical Care North America is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as an Outpatient Registered Nurse. This is an entry-level position that offers comprehensive training and opportunities for career advancement.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care, including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation, for an assigned group of patients.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Administer medications as prescribed and document medical justification and effectiveness.
- Participate in quality improvement activities to enhance patient care outcomes and facility operations.
- Assist with emergency response measures and ensure patient safety.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current appropriate state licensure.
- Current or successful completion of CPR BLS Certification.
- Minimum of 9 months experience as a Registered Nurse (preferred).
- Chronic/acute hemodialysis experience (preferred).
