Job Summary

The Team Lead Base Area Operator plays a critical role in delivering an exceptional arrival experience for our guests. This position requires a flexible and adaptable individual who can perform a variety of tasks throughout the day to ensure smooth operations and great service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in base area operations, including parking, scanning, and maintenance of the resort base.
  • Act as a flexible labor force for various projects and events.
  • Perform janitorial duties and other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
  • Follow procedures and guidelines to ensure safety and the safety of team members.
  • Be comfortable working in seasonal environments, both indoors and outdoors.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and work standing for extended periods.
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays.
