Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train maintenance staff to ensure efficient and effective completion of tasks
  • Assist with completing service requests and make readies in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with the property management team to prioritize and schedule maintenance tasks
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents and respond to their maintenance requests in a prompt and professional manner
  • Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify and address any maintenance issues
  • Develop and implement maintenance procedures to ensure compliance with company standards
  • Assist with various projects as assigned by the property manager
Requirements
  • Supervisory experience in multifamily property management is required
  • HVAC certification is required
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds individually and up to 100 pounds with assistance
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required
