As a post-acute nursing care specialist with IntelyCare, you'll have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and healthcare facilities. Your responsibilities may include:
- Providing post-acute nursing care
- Verifying and administering medications
- Monitoring vital signs and physical/mental conditions
- Documenting patient information
- Ensuring patient comfort and safety
- Performing vaccinations and other medical procedures
To be eligible for this LPN job opportunity, you'll need:
- Graduation from an approved LPN educational program
- At least 4 months' experience in post-acute care or in-patient hospital settings
