About the Role

We're seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Apprentice Optician to join our team of in-house optical experts at Warby Parker. As an Apprentice Optician, you'll play a vital role in helping our customers see the world with clarity and style.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work under the guidance of a Certified Optician mentor to develop your skills and expertise in eyewear fitting and adjustment.
  • Learn to take and record measurements, adjust and fit eyewear with precision and accuracy.
  • Develop your knowledge of prescription terminology and product offerings to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with your team to ensure all customers receive outstanding service and support.
  • Represent Warby Parker's brand and values to educate others and promote our mission.
Requirements
  • Passionate about working in a medical-oriented role to help people see.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Detail-oriented and able to juggle multiple responsibilities.
  • Open-minded and eager to learn and grow.
