Adecco US, Inc. is currently recruiting for a Maintenance Mechanic to join their team in Mullins, SC.

Salary: $15.00 to $18.00 per hour

About the Job

The Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of industrial equipment and machinery. This includes performing repairs, replacements, and troubleshooting tasks as assigned.

This role requires strong technical skills and knowledge of automation systems, blueprint interpretation, and basic math calculations. Additionally, experience with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment is essential.

Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot equipment failures and perform necessary repairs or replacements
  • Inspect and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Operate various hand and power tools safely and efficiently
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks as assigned by management
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; trade certification is preferred
  • At least one year of experience in maintenance in a manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge of basic math skills and ability to comprehend technical manuals and instructions
  • Ability to work safely and proficiently with a variety of hand and power tools and diagnostic equipment
