Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Mission Integrator to support the execution of Collaborative Combat Aircraft (CCA) research and development (R&D) programs. This role involves coordinating functions between government, contractor project leads, engineers, operational subject matter experts, warfighters, and military leaders involved in program planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work across functional area customers and the warfighter operational community to ensure gaps and requirements are understood.
  • Develop project task descriptions, specifications, integrated roadmaps, and detailed schedules incorporating air vehicles, payloads, mission planning, ground control station, etc.
  • Support and coordinate cross-functional technical reviews, data analysis, and reports, and report team and contract execution/status.
  • Support the development of acquisition and technical documentation.
  • Serve as the lead for coordination of technical project status and task execution throughout the design, engineering, integration, test, and program execution process.
  • Support and provide insight to determine the effectiveness of project execution and recommend modifications to task processes for future project activities or design reviews.
  • Work with the Project Management and Task Lead(s) to develop out-year planning for future capabilities and provide input to road maps for analysis, risk reduction, development, and integration of advanced capabilities.
  • Analyze contractor proposals as permitted by law and regulation.
  • Develop, execute, monitor, and report status on multiple assigned project task efforts, including analysis of test data.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or management field from an accredited college or university.
  • Ten (10) or more years of experience in transitioning technology and platforms across the acquisition community.
  • Experience coordinating operations across multiple organizational boundaries.
  • Experience working in a dynamic, schedule-constrained, and complex security environment.
  • Demonstrated good oral and written communication skills.
  • Active U.S. DoD Top Secret Security Clearance.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
