About the Role

As a Specialty Dental Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clinicians in providing exceptional patient care. Your responsibilities will include assisting with various dental procedures, preparing patients for exams, and maintaining a clean and sterile environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clinicians in delivering high-quality dental treatment and prepare patients for oral examinations.
  • Ensure patient comfort and safety by maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Conduct radiographs and intra-oral pictures as directed by clinicians and prepare tray setups for procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with the front and back office teams to ensure smooth patient care.
  • Participate in daily huddles and monthly team meetings to uphold the company's culture and values.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with state-mandated certification or licensure.
  • Valid driver's license and automobile insurance (for Specialty Dental Assistants), or reliable alternate transportation.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.
