About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our team at Gentle Dental Ballard. As a key member of our oral healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and promoting a culture of clinical excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide thorough and personalized dental hygiene services to patients, including routine cleanings and periodontal therapy.
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with our dental team to ensure seamless and efficient patient care, while maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in oral healthcare and participate in ongoing education and training to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Accredited Hygiene Technical School or College degree.
  • Current applicable State Dental License (or the ability to acquire one by time of employment).
  • Other licenses/certifications such as CPR, local certified anesthesia.
  • Expanded functions preferred.
  • Bilingual preferred.
