Job Overview

We are seeking experienced professionals to join our team at Integrated Construction Services as Cell Tower Technicians.

This is a fantastic opportunity for career-driven individuals who are passionate about working in the field of telecommunications and wireless network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and maintain cell tower equipment, including antennas and radios, to ensure optimal network performance.
  • Climb and inspect various types of structures, such as self-supporting towers, guyed towers, monopole towers, and water towers, to perform maintenance and repairs.
  • Travel to job sites, with reimbursement for expenses and accommodations provided.
  • Work a minimum of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with opportunities for overtime.
  • Participate in ongoing training and certification programs to stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Must be comfortable working at heights and have a strong sense of spatial awareness.
  • At least one year of experience in cell tower climbing and maintenance is required.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
